We meet on the first Wednesday of each month from 5-5:45 pm (ET), live online in real time, where you can begin – or begin again – and deepen your mindfulness practice. (And there will likely be surprise sessions offered in between…)

Why meditate with me?
I’ve been meditating in various traditions and forms for over 35 years. It wasn’t always a daily practice, yet it’s always been a touchstone for bringing me back home to myself.
As I started to focus on mindfulness as my core practice, something settled in a different way. It led to becoming certified as a mindfulness meditation teacher through OM Yoga Studio in NYC, in part to help me grow even more in my understanding of this path to awakening.
Over the past dozen years, I’ve had the honor of teaching at:
- Mount Saint Mary College Desmond Community Campus in Newburgh, NY
- The Graymoor Spiritual Life Center in Garrison, NY
- People’s Place Wellness Empowerment Center in Kingston, NY
- Soul Tribe in New Paltz, NY
- In my online course, The Mindful Way
- To small private groups throughout NY and NJ

FAQs
I’ve never meditated before, is that a problem? Absolutely not! New and seasoned meditators will receive the guidance and support to become confident and comfortable in your practice.
Where do I find the Zoom link? You’ll be taken to a page after registering that has the link, and it will also be sent in an email before each meeting.
When should I sign up? Enrollment is open and you can join at any time.
And, there will be fun surprises along the way to encourage and inspire!
