Who’s at the center of your life?
Find out how confident and resilient you can be when it’s you.
Take your seat is an invitation…and an imperative…for living with more presence, awareness, and balance.
By taking your seat in the middle of your busy, challenging life, you can:
What would it feel like to be truly seated in yourself, your knowing, your desires?
It takes a level of courage, consistency, and truth telling – to yourself and with others.
Take Your Seat will give you practices, awareness, guidance, and strong support, so you can trust and embody your own deep knowing.
This is for you if:
I used to feel that no matter how much I do or what level of accomplishment I have, it’ll never be enough. I don’t feel directed or owned by that anymore, thanks to Sharon’s guidance and support. I know it’s still part of my storyline, but it’s out there now, not so much a part of me as an acknowledgement of a piece of me I’m no longer ruled by.
One of the most helpful things I got from working with Sharon was an ability to question my painful thoughts about myself — I was pretty good at beating myself up, even when I thought I wasn’t! I also have better boundaries now, especially with family members. I learned to slow down and breathe, and also speed up in terms of taking specific actions.
It’s more a spiral path of experiences and feelings – in and out, up and down, not always simple to track or see clearly.
When you can honor these rhythms and cycles, and learn to ride them with presence and grace, you truly take your seat in the center of the whirlwind.
Become beautifully resilient as you learn to let go of what isn’t needed (or what you cannot change or fix), so you can:
so that you can:
so that you can:
so that you can:

I’ve been on a conscious spiritual path since the late 1970s, as crooked and disconnected as it sometimes felt. Moving through the decades, I found myself going through a variety of up, down, and sideways difficulties and changes. During those times, it was easy to forget what I’d learned, and get caught up in cycles of spinning and searching for answers outside myself.
Too often, it felt like the peace and contentment I sought was just out of reach.
Gratefully, I began to embody the realization that always reaching outward wasn’t necessarily helping me be truly seated within myself. And it became clear, as you also may have discovered, that an intellectual understanding of concepts doesn’t always lead to real change.
I’m excited to share this inside out, integrated approach with you, and watch you step into more fully claiming your own inherent wisdom and resilience.
I’ve known Sharon to be a wise and skillful woman for some years. I did not expect to be blown away by what I’ve experienced with her. I am so appreciative! Sharon clearly has a tremendous passion for her clients, and shares her work with reverence and joy. I would recommend this to anyone open to a different level of spiritual guidance and clarity in their life.
Sharon has a way of meeting individuals exactly where they are. She’s easy to trust, and shares enough of her own vulnerability to life’s challenges that I never feel judged, but received with empathy and understanding. I don’t ever feel like she feels sorry for me or that she wants to “fix” me. She emanates a trust that I am whole the way I am in that moment, that things will unfold the way they are supposed to, and that she simply is a witness to that process. I’m grateful for what I’ve received from our work together.
