Sweet Relief Bodywork
Ready to downshift from fifth gear to neutral?
You’re always running around taking care of everyone else. Take some time for you.
What feeds you on some levels also depletes you.
Your nervous system is so used to being revved up to 60 mph that even your well-intended attempts to loosen up — a night out with the girls, a mani-pedi, your weekly gym time — still leave you stuck in third gear.
Take time to truly downshift by getting your body, mind and spirit in right relationship with an energy balancing bodywork session.
“Wow…that was amazing. That. Was. AMAZING.” K. P., New Paltz
A skilled pair of hands and a non-judgmental ear.
A quiet, beautiful space where you feel received, relaxed, and ready to release the tensions that you’re aware of, as well as ones you don’t even realize you’re holding on to.
A Sweet Relief Bodywork Session is a deeply relaxing, intuitive blend of modalities honed over 30 years of practice, including:
For 25 years, I worked primarily as a massage therapist who kept learning and incorporating other healing modalities. I often found that, paradoxically, a lighter touch offered more of a release than the deepest pressure.
What works so well is this unique combination of deep and light touch, the added power of high quality essential oils to enhance relaxation and wellness, and knowing that you’re in a safe environment for airing emotions.
And what a sweet relief it is to go deep within yourself and let go on the physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels!
Sessions are offered in person in my beautiful New Paltz, NY healing studio, by appointment only, Monday-Friday.
