Deep Roots, Strong Branches
A virtual mini-retreat for grounding and renewal
Sunday, December 13, 2020, 1-3 pm ET
Join from your home, we’ll gather on Zoom
Time in retreat – away from your daily routines and habitual way of being – gives you space in a sacred container so you can get down to the roots of your being.
This year has forced us to learn how to dance through the challenges and losses of living through a pandemic. And there’s no sign that this will let up soon, so holiday gatherings and year-end traditions are being impacted as well.
We’ve been called to live in ways we never have and never expected; it’s been a time of imposed isolation and solitude.
The increased isolation also brings unexpected opportunities to connect inwardly.
Give yourself this gift of time to relax into an intentional container of stillness, movement, sacred sound, and reflection.
I love knowing that my energy field is in Divine hands with Sharon. She’s a wise and masterful healer who is tapped into Spirit in deep ways. I’m always grateful for insights and counsel that she offers. I’m a healer myself and Sharon is my go to gal when I need some self-care.
Sharon has a fabulous and gentle way with words and people, and an enormous bank of knowledge and experience on which to draw. I really appreciate her treasure trove of tools, but even more, I’m grateful for her ability to meet me where I’m at in any given moment, and help me best know what I need and attend to my next steps.
Deep Roots, Strong Branches will allow you to tap into your body’s wisdom and bring forth what often goes unnoticed.
In this mini-retreat, you’re invited to:
After an opening circle, our time will be focused in meditations, chants, reflection, and movement designed to provide a deeply embodied experience of homecoming and introspection. Because while knowing things with your mind is good, experiencing them in your body is what allows true transformation to occur.
You’ll leave with a renewed sense of standing on solid inner ground so you can more easily meet the challenges of the long winter ahead.
